Solar Ground Markers are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects on workmanship or materials used. The warranty service is limited to the replacement of the Solar Ground Marker that becomes defective under normal usage, as determined by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover Solar Ground Markers that have been abused, improperly used or disassembled. Except as stated above, no other express warranty applies. Any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the failure of the Solar Ground Marker is excluded.
